Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ServiceBandhu LLP ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the platform at servicebandhusaas.online and all associated services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Company Information

2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- If using on behalf of a business, you must have authority to bind that business to these Terms
- You must not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable laws in your jurisdiction
3. Account Registration
You may register using your Google account (via Google OAuth) or by providing your email address and creating a password. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Promptly update your account information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account
- Notify us immediately at info@servicebandhusaas.online if you suspect unauthorised access
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
ServiceBandhu SaaS offers four membership tiers:
- Free: No payment required. Access to basic CRM (up to 10 leads), limited AI prompts, read-only community, and funnel template preview
- Gold — $19/month: Full platform access including unlimited CRM, all AI tools, DFY Funnel Builder, WhatsApp Automation, Email Campaigns, AI Copywriting Studio, community posting, and affiliate income system. Billed monthly via PayPal.
- Pro — $99/month: Everything in Gold plus BPM Expert 1:1 sessions, premium masterclass library, advanced analytics, dedicated account manager, and VIP support. Billed monthly via PayPal.
- Lifetime — $999 one-time: Everything in Gold and Pro, permanently unlocked with a single one-time payment. Never billed again.
All paid subscriptions are processed securely through PayPal, Inc. By subscribing, you authorise PayPal to charge the applicable fee on a recurring basis (monthly for Gold and Pro) until cancellation. The Lifetime plan is charged once and never renews. Prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice by email. Existing subscribers will not be affected until their next renewal cycle.
5. Cancellation and Downgrade
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your PayPal account at paypal.com/myaccount/autopay or by contacting us at info@servicebandhusaas.online.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period
- You retain full access to your paid tier until the billing period ends
- After expiry, your account reverts to the Free tier
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund — see our Refund Policy
6. Permitted Use
You may use ServiceBandhu SaaS solely for lawful business and personal development purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. This includes using our CRM, funnels, automation tools, community features, and affiliate program for legitimate business activities.
7. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This Acceptable Use Policy governs all activity on servicebandhusaas.online. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, without prior notice and without refund. Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
🚫 Spam & Unsolicited Communications
- You must not use our WhatsApp Automation, Email Campaign, or any messaging tool to send unsolicited commercial messages, bulk messages, or spam to individuals who have not opted in to receive them
- All marketing communications sent via our platform must comply with applicable anti-spam laws (including India's TRAI DND regulations)
- You must not harvest email addresses or phone numbers from the platform for unsolicited outreach
- Each outbound communication must include a clear and functional opt-out mechanism
🚫 Fraud & Deceptive Practices
- You must not use the platform to conduct or facilitate any form of fraud, financial scam, pyramid scheme, Ponzi scheme, or deceptive business practice
- You must not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, products, services, or business practices to other users or leads managed through the CRM
- You must not falsify, manipulate, or misrepresent any data or metrics within the platform
- You must not use affiliate referral links in a misleading or deceptive manner
🚫 Harassment & Harmful Conduct
- You must not harass, bully, intimidate, threaten, or abuse any other user, expert, or member of the ServiceBandhu community
- You must not post or share content that is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence based on race, religion, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- You must not engage in targeted harassment of individuals inside or outside the platform
- Harassment reported to us at info@servicebandhusaas.online will be investigated and addressed within 48 hours
🚫 Illegal Activity
- You must not use the platform for any activity that is illegal under Indian law or the laws applicable in your jurisdiction
- This includes but is not limited to: money laundering, tax evasion, solicitation of illegal services, drug trafficking, human trafficking, or any activity prohibited by the Indian Penal Code or IT Act, 2000
- You must not use the platform to store, distribute, or facilitate access to illegal content of any kind
- We will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations where required by law
🚫 Malware & Security Threats
- You must not upload, distribute, or execute any virus, worm, trojan, ransomware, spyware, adware, or any other malicious code through the platform
- You must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks without prior written authorisation
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, database, or network
- You must not perform or facilitate denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities is welcomed at info@servicebandhusaas.online with "Security Disclosure" in the subject line
🚫 Copyright Infringement & Intellectual Property
- You must not upload, share, or distribute copyrighted material (including text, images, video, audio, or software) for which you do not hold the necessary rights or licences
- You must not reproduce, replicate, or redistribute ServiceBandhu's proprietary content — including AI prompts, funnel templates, training materials, value nuggets, or platform code — outside the platform without explicit written consent
- If you believe your copyright has been infringed on our platform, email info@servicebandhusaas.online with "Copyright Notice" in the subject and evidence of ownership. We will investigate and remove infringing content within 7 business days if the claim is valid.
🚫 Account Sharing & Credential Abuse
- Each subscription is for a single named user only. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow others to access your account
- You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits, access restrictions, or subscription requirements
- You must not resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the platform to any third party without explicit written authorisation from ServiceBandhu LLP
- Detected account sharing may result in suspension of all associated accounts without refund
- Teams and organisations requiring multi-user access should contact us at info@servicebandhusaas.online to discuss an appropriate plan
To report a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, email info@servicebandhusaas.online with "AUP Violation Report" in the subject line. All reports are treated confidentially.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of servicebandhusaas.online — including but not limited to the design, graphics, AI prompt library, funnel templates, value nuggets, training materials, and code — are the exclusive intellectual property of ServiceBandhu LLP and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your own business purposes. You do not acquire any ownership rights.
Content you create on the platform (your leads, funnels, campaigns) remains your intellectual property. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it for the purpose of providing the service.
9. Affiliate Program
ServiceBandhu SaaS offers an affiliate referral program. By participating, you agree to promote the platform ethically and truthfully. Misrepresentation of the platform, its capabilities, or earnings potential in affiliate promotions is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of pending commissions. Commission rates, payment terms, and eligibility are governed by the affiliate program terms available within your dashboard.
10. Community Standards
The ServiceBandhu community is a professional space. You agree to:
- Engage respectfully with all community members
- Post only relevant, accurate, and valuable content
- Not post promotional content outside designated areas
- Not share or solicit confidential business information of other members
- Report violations to info@servicebandhusaas.online
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend users who violate community standards.
11. Platform Availability and Maintenance
We aim for maximum uptime and platform reliability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (communicated in advance where possible)
- Emergency technical issues
- Third-party infrastructure failures beyond our control
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.)
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by temporary downtime.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free of viruses at all times.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ServiceBandhu LLP shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill
- Damages arising from reliance on information or tools provided through the platform
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data by third parties
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the total amount paid by you to ServiceBandhu LLP in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ServiceBandhu LLP, its partners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any third-party rights.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. You agree to first attempt resolution informally by contacting us at info@servicebandhusaas.online.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to access the platform ceases immediately
- Pending affiliate commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to policy violations
- Data deletion follows the process in our Privacy Policy
You may terminate your own account at any time by contacting info@servicebandhusaas.online.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will always be available at servicebandhusaas.online/terms-of-service. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
